4. Electric bulb heating method of bearing heater

5. Oil groove heating method of bearing heater

This is a widely used traditional heating method, oil groove from the bottom 50 ~ 70mm set wire mesh, bearings placed on the screen, large bearings to hook. The bearing should not be placed directly at the bottom of the groove to prevent overheating in contact with the bottom of the bearing components, or sediment from the bottom of the groove into the bearing dirt. The following points should be paid attention to in the heating method of storage tank. Non corrosive mineral oil with good thermal stability should be used. It is recommended that transformer oil, oil and container should be kept clean. The heating capacity of the oil tank should be consistent with the size and oil quantity of the bearing.
