What are the heating methods of bearing heater

Bearing heater is commonly used to heat all kinds of working parts. In our country, the traditional bearing installation methods are mainly faucet, pressure, flame heating, oil cooking and so on, which have many shortcomings. Bearing heater induction heating method shows great advantages, environmental protection: no pollution, high efficiency: in a very short time can heat working parts, and low labor intensity. However, the induction heating method of bearing heater needs to control the heating temperature, generally heating the bearing to 80 ℃, and the high temperature can reach 100 ℃. More than 120 degrees Celsius will lead to bearing fire, resulting in collar hardness and accuracy reduction.

Today, we will introduce several common heating methods of bearing heater, and compare and analyze their advantages and disadvantages:

1. Induction heating method of bearing heater

By using the induction heater, the bearing can be heated to the required temperature quickly, reliably and cleanly. It is especially suitable for the tight fit of the inner ring. Because only the inner ring is heated and the outer ring is rarely heated, it can be easily installed on the shaft and in the valve seat hole.

2. Electric furnace heating method of bearing heater

The bearing is heated in the closed type automatic thermostat with uniform heating, accurate temperature control and fast heating speed, which is suitable for a variety of heating bearings. The microcomputer controls the whole process of heating the work piece. It is reliable, efficient and easy to use, and has set up a variety of control modes for the operator to choose.

3. Electric heating plate heating method of bearing heater

The bearing can be placed on the electric heating plate with the temperature of 100 ℃ for a few minutes. This method is more economical and simple. For example, the bearing can bear the heat evenly after several times of overturning, and the working efficiency is also high. The size and bearing can be used by this method.

4. Electric bulb heating method of bearing heater

Using 50W electric bulb bearing can ensure 100 ° The smaller bearing can be directly placed on the bulb, and the larger bearing can be placed on the bulb cone cover, which can prevent the bulb from radiating heat and make the heating uniform. The conical cover can be adjusted up and down, and can be used to heat different sizes of bearings in a certain range. If using far-infrared bulb, pay attention to the direction of the bulb should be downward, in order to avoid infrared harmful to human eyes. This kind of light bulb can save energy. The bulb heating method is suitable for a few occasions that are not often needed; For bearing heating applications, usually the bulb can also be used for lighting, in addition, no other equipment is required.

5. Oil groove heating method of bearing heater

This is a widely used traditional heating method, oil groove from the bottom 50 ~ 70mm set wire mesh, bearings placed on the screen, large bearings to hook. The bearing should not be placed directly at the bottom of the groove to prevent overheating in contact with the bottom of the bearing components, or sediment from the bottom of the groove into the bearing dirt. The following points should be paid attention to in the heating method of storage tank. Non corrosive mineral oil with good thermal stability should be used. It is recommended that transformer oil, oil and container should be kept clean. The heating capacity of the oil tank should be consistent with the size and oil quantity of the bearing. If the container is too small, the oil temperature of the bearing will drop quickly during continuous operation, and the effect is not good.
